motion of thanks to the government of the republic of niger

On 28, 29 and 30 August 2017, the regional workshop organized by the Regional Center for Live Arts in Africa (CERAV / Africa) was held in Niamey (Republic of Niger) in partnership with the Center d'Etudes Linguistiques and Historics by Oral Tradition (CELHTO-AU), on the theme "Partnership of civil society in the implementation of the 2005 UNESCO Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions and the Charter of the African cultural renaissance of the African Union: what challenges, what solutions? "

We, participants from eleven (11) African States, fully satisfied with the conditions of our welcome and our stay in Niamey, would like to express our deep gratitude to the Government of the Republic of Niger, in particular to the Ministry of the Cultural Renaissance, Arts and Social Modernization, for the presidency of the meeting, as well as for the benevolent steps taken to support CERAV / Africa and CELHTO-AU in the organization of the workshop.
