There are 8 administrators from Rwanda, Senegal, Mozambique, Morocco, Gabon, Burundi and Burkina who are taking part in this training. Also taking part in this training are observers and CERAV/Africa staff.
During 48 hours, participants will be equipped on various themes relating to the role and responsibility of members of the Board of Directors, the Budget and the Procurement Plan (PPM), the Administrative Account, the Management Account and the Report. Management.
The discussions that will arise from these modules will allow participants to master the internal governance of CERAV/Africa, in particular the role and responsibility of administrators in the functioning of the Institution.
